  • Globe International Ltd Responsible for the trade mark affairs of Globe International Ltd across much of the world.
  • Principal Australian trade mark adviser for: Quiksilver, Roxy, DC Shoes, Taubmans, Bristol, Colorado, Weis, Old El Paso and Latina.
  • Experienced advocate in contested hearings before the Australian Trade Marks Office Recent advocacy work includes:
    • Representing Hugo Boss in successfully opposing BOSSPABINI as a clothing brand.
    • Representing Gucci in successfully opposing GUSSACI as a brand for cosmetics, soaps, sunglasses, watches and jewellery (among other things).
    • Representing Louis Vuitton in successfully opposing an AUSTER VUITTON wine label.
    • Representing CUB in the largest set of opposition proceedings in Australian trade mark history, succeeding in a dispute with a rival brewer intent on assuming control of a selection of CUB’s heritage brands.
    • Representing Hot Tuna in successfully opposing a rival fish logo as a clothing brand.
