- Sale of Foster’s Group Limited’s wine clubs and services businesses Principal Counsel for the sale by Foster’s Group Ltd of its wine clubs and services business to private equity funds controlled by Archer Capital.
- BrisConnections consortium Acted as leader of the equity team in respect of the BrisConnections consortium formed by Macquarie Bank and Thiess in respect of the Airport Link project in Brisbane, Australia.
- $1.4 billion sale of Foster’s Group Ltd’s Australian Leisure & Hospitality Division Acted as lead legal advisor on the sale by IPO. This included chairing the due diligence and steering committee meetings and advising on complex commercial, equity and trust issues.
- $18.5 million sale of AV Jennings Ltd’s contract building division Advised in the sale of AV Jennings’ Contract building division to Sekisui House Australia Holdings – the Australian subsidiary of Japan’s leading home developer, Sekisui House Ltd.
