- Abbot Point Coal Terminal Advised the financing syndicate in relation to Brookfield’s bid for the Abbot Point Coal Terminal.
- Loy Yang Power Advised Loy Yang Power on various financings in relation to the Loy Yang A power station and associated coal mine, including the 2010 refinancing.
- Citisecurities’ NZ$800 million standby and swingline facilities Advised Citisecurities and the financiers on the 2010 NZ$800,000,000 Standby and Swingline Facilities for Telecom Corporation of New Zealand.
- Babcock & Brown restructure Advised on the restructuring and sale of its Asia Infrastructure Fund including the debt financing.
- Electricity supply arrangements Advising Origin Energy in relation to offtake agreements required following its acquisition of the retail business of Country Energy. Advised Loy Yang Power in relation to a long term hedge of a significant portion of its load with Alcoa and the other joint venture participants in relation to the Portland and Point Henry aluminium smelters.
