From working in house at one of Australia's largest construction organisations to advising on major public infrastructure, mining, civil and building projects in Australia, South-East Asia, South America and Africa, Peter is an outstanding operator.
The combination of his construction and legal expertise adds strategic strength to his experience in construction dispute resolution, including Federal and Supreme Court litigation, arbitration and mediation as well as the negotiation of construction related policies for insurance and the management of construction insurance claims.

Queensland Transport – Gold Coast Rapid Transport Project
Advising Queensland Transport in relation to the business case and RFP phase for this project. Peter advised on delivery methods and leads the market sounding process, convening and leading workshops with key stakeholders and drafting the market sounding questionnaire.
Peter also lead the Corrs team in the development of the RFP documents and the interaction with bidders for this major project. - QGC Projects Key advisor to QGC on a range of projects including negotiation of the EPC Contracts for the design and construction of the gas pipeline infrastructure, water treatment and dredging contracts for the QCLNG project.
- BrisConnections - Airport Link Advised the BrisConnections Consortium in relation to its successful $4 billion+ bid to the State of Queensland for the concession to finance, construct and operate the Airport Link toll road.
- Stanwell Peak Power Project Advising Stanwell in relation to the EPC Contract for the design and construction of a peak power gas fired power station to be constructed at the Stanwell power station in Central Queensland.
- Emu Downs Wind Farm Drafting of EPC and project management contracts for Stanwell Corporation in relation to the development of the Emu Downs Wind Farm, north of Perth, Western Australia.
- Guinea Alumina Corporation SA Advising GAC in the negotiation of the EPCM Contract with Bechtel regarding the design and construction of the Sangaredi aluminium project in Guinea (US$5 billion), including port and associated ship loading facilities.
- Phu Kam Gold Mine Advising Pan Australia in relation to the EPCM contract with Ausenco for the design and construction of the Phu Kam gold mine in Laos.
- Indonesian Coal Mines Negotiations on behalf of the contractor of a long term mining contract for three of coal mines in East Kalimantan, Indonesia.
