- ING Real Estate Waterfront City Development The project included commercial, retail, hotel, residential, car parking and an entertainment precinct with the Southern Star Observation Wheel.
- Timbercorp liquidation Lead property advisor to the liquidator in the sale of freehold land, water rights and leasehold interests associated with Timbercorp’s forestry, almond and olive assets - a highly complex and time-sensitive transaction.

Stockland/Walker Asset Swap
Lead advisor to Stockland on a transaction involving the swap of retail, commercial office and residential property assets across three Australian states (Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria) and one territory (Australian Capital Territory). This transaction has been reported as “Australia’s largest property swap since the global financial crisis” (Australian Financial Review, 16/6/2011).
