  • Queensland Curtis LNG Project Advising on contractual and arbitration claims for QGC/BG in relation to the QCLNG project, involving a range of projects and claims on several of the major contract packages.
  • $400million Bass Gas Project dispute for Clough Limited Acted for Clough Ltd in arbitral proceedings between Origin Energy regarding the Bass Gas Project. The dispute related to the design and commissioning of an offshore platform in Bass Strait, sub-sea and land pipelines and a gas processing plant.
  • Mortlake Power Plant and Gas Pipeline Project Advising AJ Lucas in relation to Supreme Court proceedings concerning the construction of the Mortlake Gas Pipeline involving significant technical and legal issues concerning the impact on construction methodology and on progress resulting from environmental requirements associated with the project.
  • Melbourne Airport Terminal Expansions Advising Melbourne Airport on a range of issues in relation to its upgrade projects, including the $300 million expansion of the international terminal, runway upgrades and carpark developments.
