  • BNY Mellon $700 million home loan litigation Acting for BNY Mellon in proceedings against RHG concerning the enforcement of security over a securitisation trust containing $700 million of home loans.
  • Perpetual Acting for Perpetual against liquidator of HIH New Zealand in relation to claims exceeding $250 million.
  • BP Acted for BP in the High Court in Ringrow v BP (2005).
  • Fuji Xerox Acted for Fuji Xerox Australia in significant litigation with CSG Limited, its largest dealer.
  • Hastings Capital collapse Acting for the receivers and managers of Hastings Capital, which collapsed in late 2008.
