  • Dockside Project Development and sale of residential units and management and letting rights for Stencraft Pty Ltd, including Myora Apartments, Lagoon Apartments, the Dockside Hotel, Bridgeport Apartments and Newport on Main.
  • Girdis Group of Companies Acquisition and sale of several Brisbane CBD buildings by Stencraft Pty Ltd, including 201 Leichhardt Street, 126 Margaret Street and 62 Mary Street. Also advised in relation to financing arrangements and on-going leasing.
