Jeremy has worked for a leading New York law firm and has been involved in a number of major cross-border transactions involving Brazil, India, United Kingdom and North America. His major clients include Foster’s Group, BP, Barloworld, Campbell Soup Arnott’s, Microsoft and General Mills.
Jeremy was a member of the Corrs Board of Directors for four years, a leadership role he was awarded for his track record of commercial expertise and sound judgement.

- General Mills sale Acted for General Mills on the sale of its frozen foods business.
- BP acquisition of Reliance Petroleum Acted for BP on the acquisition of Reliance Petroleum, one of Australia’s largest distributors and retailers of petroleum.
- Campbell Soup Arnott’s sale Acted for Campbell Soup Arnott’s on the sale of its Snack Foods business.
- Barloworld sale of paint business Acted for Barloworld on the sale of its Australian paint business (including Taubmans, White Knight and Bristol brands).
- US$225 million Convertible Bond Issue Acted for Mount Kellett Capital in the USD225 million convertible bond issue from Lynas Corporation.
