  • Collapse of HIH Acted for the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority in connection with the collapse of the HIH Insurance Group and the subsequent Royal Commission into the $5.3 billion collapse of the HIH Group of Companies.
  • $300 million class action Acted for the Commonwealth of Australia in the class action brought against it, arising out of the liquidation of Pan Pharmaceuticals Limited in 2003.
  • Multi-billion dollar infrastructure PPPs Advised, with respect to insurance and risk issues, the consortia comprising Macquarie Bank Limited and Thiess Pty Ltd in relation to the $2 billion North South Bypass Tunnel project in Queensland and the $4 billion Brisbane Airport Link project.
