  • Ground breaking human tissue engineering technology Advising Neopec on the development and commercialisation of a technology for the regrowth of human tissue. There is significant promise for the technology for the regrowth of breast tissue after a mastectomy procedure. The development is part-funded by a grant of $2.95 million from the Victorian State Government’s Science Agenda Investment Fund.
  • Complex licensing arrangements in the LNG sector Advising Woodside Energy on the licensing of patented process technology and know-how used for the liquefaction of natural gas.
  • Australian first digital radio station Advising DMG Radio on the creation of a unique digital radio station, RADIO FREE, with a live stream exclusively branded by Virgin Mobile.
  • Commercialisation of a tooth remineralisation technology around the world Advising a large FMCG company on the licensing of a tooth remineralisation technology for commercial use as a functional food ingredient in countries throughout the world (including Japan and the US).
  • International licensing and distribution arrangements Advising a large UK based consumer goods company on the licensing and distribution of its products in Australia.
  • International master franchise/licensing arrangements Advising an Australian franchisor on the licensing of its franchised retail outlets around the world.
