With more than 25 years experience in advising a broad range of financial services product providers in Australia, Christine’s expertise as a lawyer have been augmented by her directorships with companies such as Suncorp Insurance and Finance, WorkCover Queensland and as a trustee of the Queensland Public Sector Scheme, Q Super.
Christine is consistently recognised as one of Australia’s best financial services and superannuation lawyers.

- AXA Advised the independent boards of a number of AXA Asia Pacific Holdings Limited superannuation companies on the proposed acquisition by NAB.
- Energy Super Engaged to consider the merger between ESI Super and SPEC Super and to advise the steering committee on the proposal. The merged fund, Energy Super, now has around $3.6 billion in assets.
- Challenger Advised Challenger Investment Services as trustee and Challenger Management Services Limited as investment manager in relation to the establishment and management of a specific purpose trust for investment by one of the world’s largest sovereign wealth funds.
- Outsourcing, investment and custody Negotiated RBF’s first external outsourcing of its administration to Mercer Australia and advised a number of large superannuation funds in relation to their investment mandates (direct and indirect) in all the assets classes domestically and internationally as well as their custody arrangements.
- Pioneering the industry Established some of Australia’s first industry and master superannuation funds, including Sunsuper.
- Sunsuper acquisition of CitiStreet Australia Advised Sunsuper in relation to the acquisition of its third party administrator, CitiStreet Australia.
