Anthony is a Consultant with the Corrs Workplace Relations Group. He oversees the firm’s thought leadership in workplace relations and work health and safety, publishing regular articles on new legislation, case law and policy, as well as delivering seminars to clients and in-house. He also provides practical advice to corporate and public sector clients on employment and workplace relations issues.

Anthony is a Consultant with the Corrs Workplace Relations Group. He oversees the firm’s thought leadership in workplace relations and work health and safety, publishing regular articles on new legislation, case law and policy, as well as delivering seminars to clients and in-house. He also provides practical advice to corporate and public sector clients on employment and workplace relations issues.

He is also a Law Professor in the Graduate School of Business & Law, RMIT University. Anthony teaches Labour Law, Introduction to the Australian Legal System and Legal Research in the Juris Doctor Program at RMIT. His research interests cover collective bargaining, union recognition and good faith bargaining, workplace dispute resolution, trade unions, workplace privacy/social media and labour hire/agency work. 

Anthony recently completed a Fair Work Commission-funded study of the tribunal’s involvement in the enterprise bargaining process; an in-depth study of the 2011-12 Qantas dispute; an overview of Australian workplace privacy law for the Japan Institute for Labour Policy; and a comparative study of how individual employment disputes are resolved in 10 countries for the International Labour Organization.
