For more than 17 years Andrew has been a vanguard, assisting clients in bringing new products to market and overseeing implementation projects for wide ranging regulatory reforms.

Having one of the few truly national practices in his field, Andrew advises domestic and international financial institutions and intermediaries on banking and financial services regulation, consumer credit, payment systems, privacy, anti-money laundering and personal property securities law regulation. He has assisted foreign financial institutions to swiftly enter Australian markets with a minimum of regulatory impediments.

In the payments environment, Andrew has advised the full spectrum of participants including banks and non-bank issuers, card schemes, specialist acquiring institutions, sponsoring retailers, transaction processors and global money transfer networks.
