Philip heads the Banking and Finance Division in the Perth Corporate Advisory group, and provides advice to major local, national and international clients in Western Australia. He acts for several significant private companies in their financing area and has been involved in the negotiation and documentation of numerous projects in Western Australia.

Philip also has wide experience in the property and mining areas and has assisted major organisations in the negotiation and execution of joint venture agreements and the acquisition of significant property and mining interests.

In addition, Philip acts for significant local governments on property and development matters, including drafting of town planning schemes, the provision of advice on local government matters generally, the drafting of a range of documents for local authorities including re-zoning, development and sub-division agreements and the provision of general commercial advice.

Phillip has been a Partner of Corrs since 1979.
