Mark has practiced in commercial litigation since 1996 in a wide range of areas and is admitted to practice in both New South Wales and Western Australia. In his time with Corrs Mark has conducted litigation in the Supreme and Appeal Courts of New South Wales and Western Australia, the District Court, the Federal Court, the Dust Diseases Tribunal, the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales, the Industrial Magistrate’s Court and the High Court.
His areas of specialty include insolvency, corporate governance, professional negligence, and property disputes and general commercial disputes. He has also conducted a range of occupational health and safety matters including dust disease litigation.
