James Whittaker

James heads the Litigation practice group in New South Wales. He specialises in superior court litigation including complex corporate, intellectual property and product liability disputes. He also specialises in matters involving white collar crime, corporate governance of departments, agencies and statutory authorities and government business enterprises. He has particular expertise in the area of indigenous affairs and is recognised as one of Australia's experts in native title law.
