Reynah commenced his career with Corrs as an articled clerk from 1993 to 1994. After a couple of years working for an international accounting firm in Singapore he returned to Corrs in 1996. Since then, he has been practising in the Corporate division specialising in all areas of corporate taxation. His practice includes advising on tax issues associated with listed and unlisted mergers and acquisitions, public private partnerships, corporate reorganisations, property development, employee share and option schemes, and debt capital market raisings. He has assisted clients with requests for private binding and class tax rulings, taxation enquiries and audits and federal and state tax litigation. In addition to income tax, Reynah regularly advises clients on GST and stamp duty issues associated with these transactions.

Reynah became a partner of Corrs in 2000. He completed his Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne in 2001. His thesis concerned the scope of judicial review and other remedies to control the exercise of powers by the Commissioner of Taxation.

Reynah regularly publishes articles and presents seminars on tax issues and, in January 2008, was elected to the Council of the Law Institute of Victoria.
