Corrs brings extensive experience in dispute resolution for all types of taxes including income tax, GST, stamp duty and payroll tax. Our experience ranges from assisting and guiding clients through tax audits and other forms of regulatory investigations, through to litigious disputes and their settlement or resolution through court processes at all levels, from the Administrative Appeals Tribunal to the High Court.

The strength and diverse background of our legal team includes lawyers who have previously acted for the Australian Taxation Office in various high profile cases, such as Lau (pine plantation scheme) and appeared in the Privy Council.
