Corrs is familiar with the recently revamped Designs Act and provides advice to clients on the registration and protection of their designs. We have obtained design registrations for an array of clients across different fields (including registrations obtained in the face of substantive objections by the Designs Office) and are well positioned to manage and enforce design registration portfolios cost-effectively.
