Corrs has acted for carriers as well as utility and property owners in relation to issues arising out of the roll-out of networks and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure.

We can assist clients to draft and negotiate commercial arrangements in respect of land and facilities access between carriers and between carriers and property owners including master facilities access arrangements and one-off licences and leases. We also advise on the nature and extent of carriers powers and immunities to access facilities and land under the telecommunications regulatory regime including drafting notices and ultimately submissions to the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman in respect of low-impact facilities.

Corrs is an experienced negotiator of commercial agreements in connection with network roll-outs and maintenance including network build, maintenance, facilities management and equipment acquisition agreements.
