Corrs assists clients in establishing their various e-commerce procurement and publishing systems and documenting their e-commerce arrangements. This is an area that requires extensive experience in specific contractual issues relating to e-commerce, intellectual property issues, privacy and security as well as cross-jurisdictional laws and legal issues. Corrs was heavily involved in the development of the "CoreProcure" e-commerce project. Corrs has substantial experience in providing advice and assistance in relation to a variety of PKI, security and encryption matters - in particular, we have experience in the Commonwealth Government "Gatekeeper" program.
