Dispute Resolution

Dispute resolution is a core strength of Corrs. We focus on developing appropriate alternate dispute resolution strategies in consultation with the client team. As soon as the climate for such strategies can be developed they are conducted separately to, or run concurrently with litigation or arbitration proceedings. These may include:

• mediation;
• expert determination or appraisal. This may be either in respect of the whole of the dispute or aspects of the dispute using legal or technical experts;
• facilitated discussions;
• expert determination;
• expert appraisal.
