Corrs' commercial experience extends across a broad range of issues including financing, structuring of transactions, contracts, competition law and policy, dealing with government, joint ventures and revenue law. We act for Government departments, instrumentalities and Government Owned Corporations.

We advise Government departments and bodies on a variety of commercial matters and recognise that public sector clients must, in addition to the commercial aspects of a transaction, be concerned with political, probity and public funding issues.
