We believe Corrs is the leading firm in anti-counterfeiting litigation. In 2003 we acted on over 600 cases and did not lose a single case. Corrs has a very high success rate in stopping infringers. As well as requiring infringers to place prominent corrective advertisements, Corrs has a history of achieving high dollar-value judgements in excess of industry standards. Our success is due to a thorough and tenacious approach, coupled with an intimate understanding of our clients’ businesses.
