Access Disputes

Corrs has acted on behalf of access seekers in relation to pricing and access disputes under Part XIC of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth). We have also acted in commercial negotiations to secure access to both declared and non-declared services and in negotiations mediated by the ACCC. We have represented parties in making submissions to the ACCC in respect of inquiries into declaration of services.

Corrs' understanding of the legal, economic and technological issues informs our ability to provide practical and strategic advice in relation to access and competition issues arising under Parts XIB and XIC of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth).
