Kirsty Sutherland practises as a commercial litigator primarily in the Federal and Supreme Courts. Her practice encompasses complex large scale litigation, utilising strategic planning and management skills and litigation support technology. In addition, Kirsty provides strategic and tactical advice to clients regarding disputes and potential disputes prior to the commencement of litigation.

Kirsty's areas of specialty includes corporate, insolvency, telecommunications, banking and trade practices litigation. She has acted for a variety of banking, government and corporate clients during her years of practice in both Victoria and Western Australia. Kirsty is the practice group leader of the Litigation group in Western Australia.
