Conway brings more than 20 years experience to the Intellectual Property Group in the Sydney office. He is an experienced commercial lawyer who has acted for significant Australian and multinational corporations in his specialty areas.

As a leading lawyer in the field of biotechnology, he regularly advises in relation to research and development collaborations, clinical trials, and regulatory compliance. He also advises extensively in relation to technology transfer and the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights.

Conway has considerable experience in restrictive trade practices and the implementation of compliance programs, especially in the health and manufacturing industries. Conway and his group also advise on all aspects of promotional and regulatory issues, acting for a large number of manufacturers, distributors and advertising agencies.
