Jason practices in the areas of commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and insolvency and reconstruction. He has acted for public and private corporations as well as government and quasi-government entities, in cases before the Victorian and Federal courts and also in respect of a number of non-litigious matters.

As well as regularly representing major financial institutions and finance companies, Jason has acted in complex representative proceedings and injunction applications, and has provided advice in respect of equitable remedies, retention of title clauses, conflict of interest allegations, banking and international trade instruments, private international law issues and the enforcement of foreign judgments. He has acted in respect of a number of corporate and individual insolvency matters, for secured and unsecured creditors and also for receivers, administrators and liquidators.

In approaching matters, Jason focuses on giving sound strategic advice and achieving commercial outcomes for his clients.
