Amendments to the Duties Act 1997 [NSW]

The State Revenue Legislation Amendment Bill 2008was introduced into the New South Wales Legislative Assembly on 2 April 2008.

The Bill purports to amend a number of New South Wales taxation statutes including the Duties Act 1997, the Land Tax Management Act 1956, the Payroll Tax Act 2007 and the Taxation Administration Act 1996.
