Henry is a specialist environment and planning lawyer practising in the areas of local government, town planning, environmental, coastal and marine, native title law and dispute resolution. His clients include major government owned corporations, local authorities and manufacturing and development companies. He has also undertaken work for the Commonwealth Environment Protection Agency and Queensland Government departments in the environment and planning area. Henry has been involved in negotiations with all levels of government in relation to project planning and approval processes. He has conducted appeals in the Planning and Environment Court, has extensive experience in the Federal Court, the Supreme Court and Administrative Appeals Tribunal in relation to planning and environment issues including judicial review of administrative decisions.
