Andrew is the practice group leader for the construction group and specialises in project delivery (construction and infrastructure), outsourcing & procurement, and utilities advisory. Andrew advises both the public and private sectors across a range of industries. He provides clients with the full spectrum of project delivery services including structuring, negotiating and documenting construction, infrastructure development, procurement and resources agreements, providing advice on tendering procedures and contract issues.

Andrew has advised on many of the Build-Own-Operate and Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects implemented in Australia - including projects for law courts, prisons, toll roads, entertainment precincts, social housing, convention facilities, communication infrastructure, transport facilities and desalination plants.

He recently acted for the Thiess John Holland joint venture on the $2.5 billion Mitcham - Frankston ("Eastlink") tollway in Melbourne, for the Commonwealth Government on the National Broadband Network project, and for the South Australia government on its recent $1.43 billion desalination plant.

Andrew has been recognised as a leading lawyer in the Construction & Infrastructure area in reputable industry publications.
