Andrew is the practice group leader for the construction group and practices in the area of project delivery (construction and infrastructure), outsourcing & procurement, and utilities advisory. Andrew advises both the public and private sectors across a range of industries. He provides clients with the full spectrum of project delivery services including structuring, negotiating and documenting construction, property development, procurement and resources agreements, providing advice on tendering procedures and advising on contract issues.

Andrew has been recognised as a leading lawyer in the Construction & Infrastructure area in the reputable "Asia Pacific Legal 500" publication (2004/2005 and 2005/2006 editions) and in "Who's Who Legal" (2005 and 2006 editions).

Andrew has advised on many of the Build-Own-Operate and Public Private Partnership projects implemented in Australia - including projects for law courts, prisons, toll roads, entertainment precincts, social housing, convention facilities, communication facilities and transport facilities.

He recently acted for the Thiess/John Holland joint venture in their successful bid for the $2.5 billion Mitcham - Frankston ("Eastlink") tollway in Melbourne (Australia’s largest infrastructure project). Andrew is a regular presenter at industry seminars.
