Special counsel Andrew Percival is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer and an acknowledged specialist in international trade law. As well as representing clients in customs disputes including obtaining customs duty refunds and concessions, Andrew has represented a wide variety of corporations in major dumping and countervailing duty investigations and advised on the availability of safeguards measures and other trade remedies under WTO and free trade agreements. Andrew brings extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings on the Australian Stock Exchange, including initial public offerings, and project financings in a variety of industries.
