Craig is a member of the Taxation Group, practising in income tax and GST. He joined Corrs in 1998 and became a Partner in 2007. He has a diverse practice and the necessary expertise and technical and commercial skills to provide sound advice on a variety of taxation issues. He is regularly called on to advise the firm’s major clients. Craig has experience in advising on a wide range of tax issues for corporate, government and individual clients, including the tax implications of infrastructure projects and associated financing, securitisation programmes, sales and acquisitions, corporate restructures, inbound investment and the tax aspects of employment law (including employee share and option plans). He is a Fellow of the Tax Institute of Australia and is also completing his Masters of Laws in Taxation.
