Paul has been a partner of Corrs since 1985, practising in the area of commercial litigation, various commissions of inquiry (Federal and State) and the defence of corporate prosecutions. Paul's particular skill is in strategically managing the whole litigation process, particularly where large and complex documentary issues are involved. Paul is recognised as one of Sydney's most experienced litigation lawyers in all jurisdictions, and prides himself with outstanding commitment to client service.

Paul is the Division Leader of the Firm's Legal Technology Solutions (LTS) which provides innovative, leading edge technology and data management solutions.

Paul is also a member of Corrs' national Operating Committee and Executive Team and appears in the internationally recognised 2008 Chambers Global "World Leading Lawyers for Business" client guide as follows:
