Bill Keane has extensive experience advising and representing companies and Government bodies on a broad range of competition and trade practices issues in the context of both commercial dealings and disputes. He aims to provide clients with clear, concise and commercially valuable advice and service. In commercial and corporate matters, Bill has advised and acted for some of Australia's largest companies in the course of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, supply and distribution arrangements. In disputes, Bill has provided specialist advice and representation and has been involved in several high profile Federal Court proceedings. Bill is part of Corrs' leading Competition and Trade Practices litigation team and acts for the firm's clients in private litigation as well as in the course of ACCC investigations and proceedings. Bill also works within the firm's ACCC litigation team, which acts for and advises the ACCC. Bill is also experienced in the design and implementation of Trade Practices compliance programs. He recently completed a Masters in Law and Management at the University of NSW and the Australian Graduate School of Management. He is a Recommended Lawyer in PLC's Global Counsel 3000.
