Nicole has broad commercial litigation experience. She has represented individuals and corporations in litigious and non-litigious environments in areas including corporate insolvency, bankruptcy and debt recovery. She has acted for clients in several Australian jurisdictions including the High Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and state courts and tribunals. Nicole completed her Masters of Laws at the University of Melbourne in 2006. She has recently completed the Advanced Insolvency Education Program through the University of Southern Queensland. Nicole is a full member of the IPA and on the State IPA committee.
