David is a partner in the Corrs Corporate Advisory Practice Group. David joined Corrs in June 2002. Prior to joining Corrs, David was a partner with Andersen Legal in Sydney.

David is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer and acts for government and private sector clients. He specialises in major projects (with particular emphasis on rail, aviation, road, ports and utilities), procurement, joint ventures and alliances, corporate restructurings, mergers & acquisitions and general corporate and commercial law.

David has acted for the Deed Administrators of Ansett on all aspects relating to the disposition of the businesses, fleet and other assets of the Group. Prior to that, David spent 18 months on secondment as General Counsel of Anaconda, a listed mining company based in Western Australia, where he gained valuable experience in the mining industry.
