Workplace Giving

Corrs’ Workplace Giving program allows our staff to make charitable donations to help charities raise much needed funds. Donations are made by staff monthly from their pre-tax pay.

Supported charities

Corrs’ staff support 11 charities, providing the opportunity to pool our efforts and really make a big difference to a few organisations versus spreading donations too broadly and diminishing our impact.

Literary Buddy Program

Corrs supports Daystar - a community based organisation which creates in-school educational programs to assist children at risk of not fulfilling their educational potential and creating futures, through education, for children by linking schools, families and communities.

Corrs has teamed up with Daystar to become involved in the Literary Buddy Program. The program involves Corrs volunteers, being teamed with a student from a school identified by the Department of Education, as being one that would benefit from mentoring by corporate organisations. Letters are exchanged between the “buddies” on a monthly basis.

The Literary Buddy Program aims to improve the literacy skills of students, to assist students in their mental development and to engage students in a creative, personal and meaningful program. The Corrs volunteers involved in the program act as valuable role models and mentors to the children.
