Kylie's focus is on the mining industry. She has extensive experience in both M&A and equity capital markets transactions and has managed the project teams for complex schemes of arrangement, takeovers, IPO's, rights issues and capital reductions. In addition, Kylie regularly provides general corporate advice to a number of ASX-listed clients and has a solid understanding of corporate governance issues and the ASX Listing Rules. Kylie advises a number of Asian clients in the mining space and has spent considerable time negotiating foreign investment approvals with FIRB.
