Rohen joined the Corrs Workplace Relations Group in January 2002. Prior to joining Corrs Rohen worked for approximately 7 years as an Industrial Relations Advocate for a major Employer Association. Rohen has significant experience in the Queensland and Australian Industrial Relations Commissions appearing in a broad range of matters including:

• Queensland State Wage Cases and various other “Test Cases”
• Demarcation disputes
• Industrial disputes and in particular enterprise bargaining negotiations disputes
• Unfair dismissal applications
• Claims for recovery of unpaid wages
• Suspending or terminating protected bargaining periods and conciliating or arbitrating certified agreements.

Rohen also has significant experience in strategic industrial relations and managing the practical industrial relations aspects of business decisions, having been involved in numerous large and medium scale business acquisitions, joint ventures and outsourcing projects.
