Alan joined Corrs in 1990. He is the head of the Property & Infrastructure group in the Perth office and has extensive experience in a broad range of property and development areas, including property sales, acquisitions and leasing. He has also been involved in numerous matters requiring advice on construction, infrastructure and project management issues, including contract and documentation advice relating to building and construction documents, leasing and tendering.

Alan has developed extensive experience in advising clients on corporate and commercial issues. He is highly regarded in the corporatisation and privatisation are,a providing advice relating to property issues, industrial relations, legal due diligence and statutory framework.

Alan also provides strategic legal advice to government agencies and Boards.
