Simon is a Partner in the Construction group with broad experience in construction and major infrastructure projects. Simon advises both the public and private sectors (including government, utility authorities, banks, project consortia, owners, developers, contractors, operators, developers and consultants).

Simon has worked extensively on a number of Public Private Partnership projects implemented in Australia and in the UK. These include projects for toll roads, hospitals, the water industry, rail, social housing and convention facilities.

Simon is admitted to practice in Australia and England and Wales.
