Michael has experience in financial services and corporate law. He advises on all aspects of financial services law including superannuation, managed investments, life insurance and banking. He also assists clients with corporate governance, fundraising and underwriting. Michael’s experience extends to providing advice on financial services reform issues, ASIC and APRA licensing, managed investment schemes, custodial arrangements, investment management agreements, Consumer Credit Code regulation, the Privacy Act and anti-money laundering.

Michael is a lecturer in financial services law at the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA) and is a Fellow of FINSIA. He is also honorary secretary of the Greek Orthodox Community of St George, Brisbane, a community organisation that provides aged care/nursing, welfare, childcare, language courses and other community services to the Greek and wider community.
