David leads Queensland's litigation and personal injuries practice. His core areas of expertise include personal injury litigation, commercial litigation (with a strong emphasis on medico-legal litigation), industrial relations, insurance, banking and finance debt recovery and administrative law. Prior to joining Corrs in 1987, he practised in London for nine years where he had responsibility for a wide range of commercial and insurance clients. He is an approved mediator with the Queensland Law Society, and is also currently serving as the Queensland Law Society's representative on the Supreme Court Chambers Review Committee.
