International Scholarships & Secondments

Monali from the Litigation team

What: Secondment
Where: Slaughter & May

"I am currently on secondment at Slaughter & May and the experience so far has been amazing, overwhelming at times but incredible for my development - both professionally and personally. I've been working on some incredibly interesting and high profile matters, and the Dispute Resolution group here have been very supportive and inclusive.

Slaughter & May's international "Best Friends" network is astounding - Spain, Germany, China, Brasil, Amsterdam, France, Italy, Sweden, Singapore - I've met them all!

I've been enjoying exploring the sights of London, there's so much to see and everything other than coffee is outstanding. So far I've had weekends away to Barcelona and Paris, and have many others coming up. I'm excited to see what the rest of my time here will bring, and look forward to returning home to use my newly acquired expertise back to my team in Sydney."
